Who We Are

My name is Marion Miller. My wife Ruby and I currently live between Winesburg and Berlin, OH, with our 4 wonderful children. I grew up in the Walnut Creek area and have four sisters, all of which are younger than me.

Most of my adult life I have had a passion for personal growth and servant leadership. It has become my life purpose to help others realize their dreams, goals and aspirations. In July 2017 I joined the John Maxwell Team to become a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker. I offer to you, workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your  personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John's proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your  goals. I have over 20 years of leadership experience, within multiple industries, including retail, manufacturing, and construction. In addition to my real-life experience and  certification through John Maxwell Team, I have completed a 6 month  leadership training and development program hosted by the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce.
